I have 2 area rugs that needed a GOOD cleaning due to our ‘outside’ dogs. Spencer and Dillon showed up and were VERY polite and professional. They worked the entire time and made our rugs look and smell great. The bedroom carpet looks great. The woman that took the call and schedule my appointment was friendly and professional. This was a great experience and I will use them again.

We had Prime out to clean our oversized shower. They cleaned the grout and ceramic tiles on the walls as well as the grout and stone tiles on the floor. They also resealed the shower floor afterward. Could not be more satisfied with the result. The technicians arrived as scheduled, took care to protect our floors and walls from their hoses and wiped up after themselves. Very courteous and thorough. Really glad I chose this vendor.

From the first call about getting water out of our floors and room to all the way through replacing the floors, Jordan and team were absolutely amazing! They will keyed all the way through making sure every detail was done right! No shortcuts to try and finish fast but made sure it was done as we needed it. Can’t say enough good things about Prime Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning! Our carpets have never been this clean with other companies. And they cleaned our dryer vent from top to bottom. It’s was very clogged and they had to come out again and get more out, but they came the day I called and got it taken care of. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the workers in our office. They were very cordial, helpful and detailed with their work. I highly recommend prime carpet and air duct cleaning. I had my air duct system cleaned today. I was very impressed by the efficiency and respect I received from Jose & Isreal. Jose walked me through the process and informed me with pics of all areas being cleaned and any potential issues that may occur. Isreal did a great job painting my vents and cleaning up.
